This retreat was so needed. What a way to spend a Sunday in November with my dear friend and co-host Hannah holding space for 10 beautiful souls in the heart of leafy Surrey. Following Covid, this was my first retreat back and it was truly an unforgettable day filled with incredible yogis, mala beads, food and sound healing.
