Movement has always been a big part of my life, and I’m lucky enough to now share that passion full-time. I’ve taught over 3,000 hours of classes, retreats, and workshops, and I’m constantly inspired by how powerful and transformative this practice can be - both on and off the mat. I teach a range of styles including Vinyasa and Dynamic Flow, Power Yoga, Rocket, Yin, and Mandala. Alongside stronger, more dynamic practices, I have a deep love for Yin Yoga, especially when it’s explored through the elemental system and the meridian channels. I also love creating immersive class experiences, using music thoughtfully to support movement, stillness, and emotional connection. My classes are vibrant, fun, and often challenging, with playful inversions and creative sequencing, but always with options to meet you where you are. I truly believe yoga is for everyone. For me, yoga is about letting go of judgement, softening expectations, and learning to move with breath, kindness, and curiosity.
